Cashback is credited every Monday based on the net loss for that period. The wagering requirement to qualify for cashback depends on which games were played and can be found in the relevant announcement. Players agree that d999 may adjust VIP criteria and cashback rates.

6.1 Prohibited Behaviour

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the d999 platform—

• Using bots to play games on your behalf
• Using software or tools that can predict game outcomes

• Harassing or verbally abusing other players or staff
• Using this platform for money laundering
